No reason

Just felt like doing this as so many have called to ask what's happened to my blog and myself. Apart from going through something major in life, I also don't have much to tell. Anyways, this is to my peeps who've showed me I absolutely can't leave without y'all, just because... Oh, and I was totally inspired to post this, thanks to AsianCajuns Cath who put up her gorgeous pic in a lovely Ikat/Pua Kumbu dress.

"Happy Holidays!!!", my ikat fabric seems to be shouting in full spirit.

Peace to all.

Thanks Aisha and Jen! =) Aisha if you only knew... My Roger boy refused to cut my hair short but once he vacated to some island I grabbed the opportunity of my suppressed 7-year dream of having it short again. Warning though, short hair is high maintenance - I'm to the point of crying every other morning coz I've to blow and style my hair straight (refused to relax or straighten my hair). With all the heat going on top every now and then I'll slather extra virgin olive oil and do weekly treatment to the hair. All those said and done, i still love it coz it's LIBERATING!!! (In a let-the-wind-blow-in-your-face way) Hahahaha!

I am third-ing the thumbs up on your hair. You look so chic and pretty. I know, short hair is much more work than you'd think. I recommend the Kiehl’s heat protecting cream and the Frederik Fekkai silk groom. Makes blow-drying much easier.

Thanks, Ruby! The hair's grown so much in the past month, used to be shorter and hell-er... Thanks for the tip, I use Redken's heat styling but I think it's fun trying other products too. I'll be sure to check them at Shins (a local chain store selling hair products, heaven knows why they named it shins when all it's got to do with is hair, or head ;-D!!!)

I hope the something big in your life was a good one.
My brother bought me a bag from Malaysia.I forgot which hotel he stayed at but will ask him

Yes Jen, no kidding, no H&M in Malaysia, so the nearest one is in Hong Kong - about 5 hours flight!

Hi VB! Thanks! Errr... still figuring out that major change is a good or a not so good one, ahaks! Good for you, you should post the pic of yourself modelling the bag soon. And with your head, I hope! ;-)

oh really?

I wasn't sure about getting a bob, so i got something they call a "page" and yes, short hair really needs HIGH maintenance =S, specially because my hair gets wavy at the bottom =L
